Doctor’s Office is Closed

Philippines hospital emergency departments  are experiencing extremely crowded conditions due to lack of doctors.  Because of this, the doctor in charge is urging those who are in tremendous pain to take aspirin,there were a numbers of patients crowded in one particular room.He basically said that we are not in a situation where we can accept more patient until we can take care of this issue of overcrowding.Mostly who are poor were being denied basic care.
